Scope of work
- Site grading, soil replacement and topsoil spreading
- Paving block surfaces: footpaths, perimeter aprons, terraces, driveways
- Fencing, base walls and gates
- Lawns, planting and edging
- Drainage of the ground around the building
- Clearing up the plot once the utility works are finished
Who we work for
Developers — finishing the common areas of an estate: footpaths, perimeter aprons, greenery, fencing — as the last stage after the utilities and roads.
Private investors — the ground around the house, from grading to paving blocks and lawn.
Plants and housing communities — tidying up the grounds, replacing surfaces, improving drainage.
How we do it
This is the stage that is seen the most, and it is done last — after the mains, the roads and the connections. That is why we watch one thing: that no settlement appears under the paving where the trenches were backfilled. We compact the backfill in layers and set the falls so that water runs away from the building, not towards it.
The full sequence — from survey to handover — is described on the home page.
Our work

Questions we get most often
Do you lay paving blocks over trenches that are already backfilled?
Yes, but first we check the compaction of the ground. Paving laid on poorly compacted backfill settles and has to be taken up and relaid.
Do you handle planting?
Within the scope tied to the ground after the works: spreading topsoil, lawns, edging and simple planting. Garden design we leave to landscaping firms.
