This site collects data in one place only: the contact form. It uses no analytics, embeds no maps or videos from external services and does not profile visitors.
Who the data controller is

What data we collect and what for
The contact form asks for your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the content of your enquiry. We use them solely to answer the enquiry and — if it comes to that — to prepare a quote and arrange a site visit.
The basis for processing is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for general enquiries — our legitimate interest in providing an answer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence related to an enquiry for as long as handling it requires, and if it leads to an order — for the period required by accounting law and the limitation of claims. Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation are deleted after two years at the latest.
Who we pass it on to
The data goes to the server that runs this site and our mail — those services are provided by our hosting provider. Apart from that we do not share it with anyone, unless such an obligation follows from the law.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it
- rectification of data that is incorrect
- erasure of the data or restriction of its processing
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest
- a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
Just write to biuro@avitech.pl. Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to reply.
Cookies
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress stores technical cookies only for people logged into the admin panel — that is, for us. The location map is a plain image prepared from OpenStreetMap data, so displaying it sends no request to any external service.
